Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") carefully before participating in any baseball lessons offered by Ryan Roberts Baseball ("RRB"). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions that govern your participation in one-on-one and group baseball lessons in Nashville, TN. By engaging in any activities offered by RRB, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. No Refunds: RRB does not offer refunds for any baseball lessons or services provided. Once payment is made, it is non-refundable. By enrolling in RRB's baseball lessons, you accept and acknowledge this policy.
    

2. Release of Liability: By participating in RRB's baseball lessons, you hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless RRB, its instructors, agents, employees, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by you or any third party during or after the lessons. This release of liability applies to all claims, whether known or unknown, arising from the negligence or misconduct of RRB or its instructors.
    

3. No Guaranteed Results: RRB makes no guarantees or warranties regarding the outcomes or results of participating in its baseball lessons. Results may vary depending on individual effort, dedication, and talent. RRB will provide guidance and instruction, but the ultimate success or improvement in baseball skills cannot be guaranteed.
    

4. Assumption of Risk: Participation in baseball lessons involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of physical injury, accidents, and property damage. By enrolling in RRB's lessons, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the activities and agree to release RRB from any liability arising from such risks.
    

5. Age Restrictions: RRB's baseball lessons are intended for individuals of all ages. However, participants under the age of 18 must have their parent or legal guardian's consent and supervision throughout the duration of the lessons.
    

6. Personal Property: RRB is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property during the baseball lessons. Participants are solely responsible for their personal belongings and are encouraged to secure and protect them appropriately.
    

7. Conduct and Compliance: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner during the baseball lessons. Any behavior deemed disruptive, offensive, or dangerous by RRB may result in immediate termination of participation without refund.
    

8. Photography and Video Release: RRB may capture photographs and videos during the baseball lessons for promotional purposes. By participating in the lessons, you grant RRB the right to use such photographs and videos without compensation or further consent.
    

9. Modifications and Cancellations: RRB reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel baseball lessons in its sole discretion. In such cases, RRB will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice and offer alternative arrangements, if possible.
    

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the state of Tennessee.
     

By participating in RRB's baseball lessons, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, please refrain from participating in the lessons.
